1. Pet Stroller/Carrier Lending Service Hours:
   L1 Customer Service Centre (Pet Stroller): 11:00am – 10:30pm
   L4 Customer Service Centre (Pet Stroller): 10:00am – 10:30pm
   L10 SHOP 19-20 Petmium Superstore (Pet Carrier): 12:00nn – 9:30pm (*Operating hours might be adjusted. Please check with merchant for details.)
2. Customers shall return the pet stroller to L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre before 10:30pm on the same day of borrowing; or return the pet carrier to L10 SHOP 19-20 Petmium Superstore before 9:30 pm on the same day.
3. Customers shall provide relevant contact information (Name and Contact Number) before borrowing.
4. Customers can borrow the pet stroller or carrier for free, but a deposit of HK$500 in cash is required prior to each borrowing. Upon returning the pet stroller or carrier, our Customer Service Ambassadors or store staff will examine the stroller or carrier for any damages or stains. If the pet stroller or carrier is in good condition, Langham Place or Petmium Superstore will refund the full deposit.
5. Customers are advised to keep the receipt for deposit payment. If a customer is unable to present the receipt when returning the pet stroller or carrier, Langham Place and Petmium Superstore reserves the right to forfeit the deposit payment.
6. Customers are advised to observe the load limit instructions indicated on the pet stroller or carrier and avoid exceeding the weight limit to ensure safety.
7. Customers are expected to use and maintain the pet stroller or carrier in a responsible and clean manner during the borrowing period. In the event of any damages, losses, or stains, the deposit will not be refunded, and the customer may be obliged to compensate for the damage, loss, or the cost of cleaning.
8. Customers are prohibited from adding any items to the pet stroller or carrier for safety reasons.
9. Customers should use the elevator and avoid using the escalator when using the pet stroller to prevent accident or injury.
10. In case of any disputes, Langham Place reserves the right of final decision. Langham Place also reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
