Langham Place welcomes pets to enter and remain in mall area, but the following precautions must be observed:
- All pets should be securely placed in a pet stroller or carrier, holding by a leash of not more than 1.5 meters before entering Langham Place.
- Pet stroller lending service is available at L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre. Petmium Superstore (L10 SHOP 19-20) also provides pet carrier borrowing service. For more details, please reach out to the store staff. These services are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to terms and conditions.
- To ensure the safety of pets, if pet owner needs to take the pets out of the pet stroller or carrier for photo taking or simple cleaning, the pet owner must hold the pets in their arms and ensure that the pets are securely fastened with a safety belt and leash.
- Please do not use the escalator when using the pet stroller. Pet owner can take the elevator with pets to reach various floors of the mall.
- “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) should not enter Langham Place mall area.
- Each pet owner should bring no more than 2 pets to Langham Place.
- All pets are not allowed to enter restaurants and supermarket area, except for guide dogs.
- Pets are welcome at shops with “Pet-Friendly” sign displayed in Langham Place. For more information, please contact our Customer Service Ambassadors at L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre.
- Under any circumstances, pet owner should take care of their pets during their visit in Langham Place. Pets should not be left unattended in pet stroller or carrier to avoid injuries.
- Pet owner shall ensure at all times while at Langham Place that their pets are under proper control and are effectively restrained from causing nuisance or danger to others.
- All pets entering Langham Place must be implanted with a microchip and fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases, including but not limited to Rabies vaccine for dogs. When necessary, proof of vaccination record may be required to be shown to Langham Place Customer Service Ambassadors.
- If pets defecate in the mall area, pet owner is required to immediately clean up the pet’s excrement using a sealed bag, container or tool, and dispose of it at L4 outdoor Pet Waste Station. Langham Place offers basic pet cleaning supplies such as pet pee pads, diapers and wet wipes, which can be obtained at L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre. Limited in quantity, first-come first-served, available while supplies last.
- Pet owner shall be solely responsible for any injuries suffered by their pets and/or any harm caused by their pets to others during their stay in Langham Place, as well as for any damage or loss to others' property or belongings. For the avoidance of doubt, Langham Place shall not be responsible for any liability for any such injuries, damage and/or loss.
- Pet owner shall comply with the crowd control and venue management measures arranged by Langham at all times.
- If pet owner is found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions or the behavior of the pets is a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, Langham Place reserves the right to deny entry to or request pet owner and their pets to leave the mall immediately.
- In case of disputes, Langham Place reserves the right of final decision.
