Points used for the corresponding redemption will not be refunded.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the designated time and present the entry pass to the staff on site for entry.
• This e-Voucher is only valid for the specified time slot. If you arrive 15 minutes after the designated time slot (e.g., after 16:15), the e-Voucher will be void, and no alternative time slots will be arranged for entry.
• The time limit is 45 minutes from the scheduled entry time. The staff will remind you to leave 10 minutes before the end of the session. Please make sure to complete your shopping and check out at the exit within the time limit.
• Each participant is only allowed to enter once a day. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue. Please proceed directly to the cashier to settle the bill.
