- This e-Voucher is valid on the day of redemption only. e-Voucher not fulfilled by the expiry date will be forfeited.
- This e-Voucher is applicable to Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays.
- This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with night parking privilege.
- Members can only enjoy 5 hours free parking privilege at maximum for one time per day; member can use not more than five (5) e-vouchers per day.
- Members should redeem this e-Voucher before exiting the car park.
- For Touchless Parking members: Please select your complimentary parking coupon at Langham Place APP's ‘Parking’ section and complete redemption within the validity period.
- For non-Touchless Parking members: Please present your redeemed parking coupon at L1 Customer Service Centre (10:30 - 22:30) or L4 Customer Service Centre (10:00 - 22:30) to complete the fulfilment process within the validity period.
- For every additional hour parked beyond the promotion offer, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards (Monday to Thursday: HK$37 per hour; Friday to Sunday & Public Holidays: HK$41 per hour).
