• Please present the one-time QR Code of the redeemed e-Voucher at "Gift Box" in your Langham Place APP at designated merchant(s) to complete the fulfilment process within 14 days starting from the redemption date. e-Voucher not fulfilled by the expiry date will be forfeited. Points used for the corresponding redemption will not be refunded.
• Members can use more than one (1) e-Voucher in each transaction. There is no limit on the number of e-Vouchers used per transaction. 
• This e-Voucher can be used in conjunction with Langham Place e-Vouchers, any Cash Vouchers, promotional offers or discounts (including any credit card, staff or VIP discount). 
• This e-Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be sold, and the balance of unused amount will be forfeited.
• If a member cancels the redemption, points used for the corresponding redemption will not be refunded.
