• Cash voucher is valid at Langham Place only. 
• Cash voucher has to be used on or before 30 JUN 2023 (applicable for any time slots from Monday to Sunday including public holidays), after which it will be invalid and will not be replaced under any circumstances. 
• Please present the one-time QR Code of the redeemed e-Voucher at ‘Gift Box’ in your Langham Place APP at L4 Customer Service Centre (from 11am to 11pm) to collect the physical cash voucher on or before 15 APR 2023. e-Voucher not fulfilled by the expiry date will be forfeited. Points used for the corresponding redemption will not be refunded.
• Members can use more than one (1) cash voucher in each transaction. There is no limit on the number of cash voucher used per transaction.
• Cash voucher can be used to purchase regular priced/discount priced/set/limited edition items.
• Cash voucher can be used in conjunction with any e-coupons, other coupons, gift vouchers, promotional offers or discounts (including any credit card, staff or VIP discount).
• Cash voucher is non-refundable and cannot be sold, and the balance of unused amount will be forfeited.
• If a member cancels the redemption, points used for the corresponding redemption will not be refunded.
